Violeta Kostadinova
Violeta Kostadinova from Sofia has studied English and Hebrew at the Dimcho Debelyanov High School in Sofia. She is currently a student at the Sofia University, majoring in Music.
Q.: How long have you been involved with music?
A.: Since early childhood.
Q.: From which geographical area is the costume you wear on stage?
A.: From Dobrudja.
Q.: What kind of music do you like to listen to?
A.: Music that gives me pleasure, regardless of style or genre.
Q.: Your favorite folk song?
A.: I like mainly slow, measurelesssongs, but there are so many of them, it would be impossible to enumerate them all. One example is the song Ibish Aga.
Q.: Your favorite performer?
A.: Pavlina Gorcheva.
Q.: Which is your favorite song from the repertoire of the Choir?
A.: All the songs we perform are well selected and beautiful, but the one I am most passionate about is Rujitza.
Q.: What is the Cosmic Voices from Bulgaria Choir for you?
A.: It is a universe.
Q.: What is music to you?
A.: Music is an inseparable part of our lives; it is our escape from reality, our chance to grasp another notion of the world, which is closer to perfection.

A.: Music.

A.: I dream of having no dream unaccomplished.
